Independent Product Design Leader

I have spent over a decade in product design, moving from individual-contributor work into strategic leadership across SaaS, fintech, and e-commerce organizations.

I began by designing high-converting interfaces and learned early that real product velocity comes from systematic alignment, not isolated screens. Over the last five years my focus has shifted to owning end-to-end user experience and system architecture, leading design through zero-to-one launches and scaling phases — and connecting granular design decisions directly to business outcomes.

Today my scope spans strategic advisory and embedded leadership. I partner directly with founders and executive teams to define product direction, challenge assumptions, restructure fragmented systems, and deliver cohesive, scalable experiences — without the constraints of a traditional agency model.
